4 Days in Kazakhstan
Day 1: Almaty City & Mountain Highlights
- Explore the city of Almaty on a guided city tour.
- Visit Medeo, the world-famous high-altitude ice skating rink.
- Enjoy Shymbulak Ski Resort, take a cable car and admire the mountain views.
- Overnight stay in Almaty.

Day 2: Gunny Village & Issyk Lake
- Visit Gunny Village to experience local culture and traditional lifestyle.
- Enjoy the scenic beauty of Issyk Lake, perfect for photography and relaxation.
- Optional: local activities such as horseback riding or tasting traditional cuisine.
- Return to accommodation in the evening.

Day 3: Charyn Canyon, Black Canyon & Kolsai Lakes
- Explore the stunning Charyn Canyon, often called the “Grand Canyon of Kazakhstan”.
- Visit Black Canyon for hiking and nature photography.
- Enjoy Kolsai Lakes, a series of beautiful alpine lakes surrounded by mountains.
- Overnight in a local guesthouse in Saty Village

Day 4: Kaindy Lake & Border Crossing
- Visit the magical Kaindy Lake, famous for its submerged forest and crystal-clear waters.
- Drive through the breathtaking Karkara Valley, surrounded by towering mountains, alpine meadows, and traditional nomadic landscapes — perfect for photography and enjoying nature’s beauty.
- Continue to the Kegen border crossing into Kyrgyzstan, enjoying scenic mountain roads along the way.
- End of the tour in Kazakhstan
- Meeting at around 6:00 PM on the Kyrgyz side. Driving direction to Karakol. Dinner in the restaurant (not included). Overnight in Karakol.
